Returns & Exchanges
At Peppatags, we want you to love your personalized stickers and products! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility:
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at peppatags.shop@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 24-72 working hours with further instructions.

Return Shipping:
If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, you may need to send the item back to our warehouse at your own expense.

Processing Returns & Exchanges:
Once we receive your return (within 7 working days), we will conduct a quality check.
If approved, we will process the refund within in 2 working days and refund will be credited to the original payment method within 2 working days.
The Exchange product delivery timeframe is 7 days.

Final Decision:
Peppatags reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange request at our sole discretion.

Damages & Order Issues
