3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
Peppatags accepts returns due to change of mind if a return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be covered by us, provided you assist in the return process as needed.
Once we receive and accept the returned item, we will provide a coupon code for future purchases.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time (India)
Orders shipped within India typically take 2 - 10 days to arrive. However, delivery times may vary during festive sales, clearance sales, or pre-sales.

Orders placed on national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You can request a change of delivery address before the order has been dispatched.

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping
We can ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services. Courier services are not available for these locations.

4.5 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using standard postal services. Courier services are not available for these addresses.

4.6 Items Out of Stock

Cancel and refund the out-of-stock item.
Ship the rest of the order as scheduled.
